The box I received had no test strips. My patient should test his glucose levels 3 times a day. I asked c.s.r. to send me test strips and she directed me to the local post office, who told me they delivered a box. I called Arriva back telling her the situation. I ordered a diabetic sugar checker (Solus V2) for my husband which I got just fine and for 3 months I got the strips just fine, then when I called for another refill they said they no longer carried that brand and I would have to swap testers. So they sent me another meter and strips which they charged over $600.00 for. His medicaid would not pay for it because they only supply one checker every 2 years. Been with you 5 yrs. 2011. I received alcohol pads w-diabetic supplies. Now you want me to get secondary infection from Lancet pokes. Even hosp.use alcohol before needle sticks.I'm billed $3.60 for pads. That is a co-pay for my insulin pen.I live on $663.00 a month , mortgage pmt, car insurance. Arriva says 7-10 days to receive meter... 2 phone calls/7 weeks later CS said. Insurance won't pay after saying it was mailed. Liars!!! They only want Medicaid and Medicare patients. Read more

I called to obtain information regarding the process for setting up an account for 3-month mail order supplies under Medicare a/o 7/1/16, as my current vendor (a professionally run company) will no longer be carrying the brand that I prefer. ARRIVA's telephone rep had a minimal command of the English language. I could not understand the majority of her answers to my questions. Tried to establish account for Embrace test strips because previous supplier Medicare contract was expiring. Arriva rep said Embrace strips weren't available to me and I needed to get a new tester that talks through the test steps. I argued Medicarecare website said Arriva supplies Embrace, he said it was available only through their pharmacy and didn't apply to me. I have hundreds of strips and lances yet they continue to send me more costing Medicare and me (co-pay) money every time they send them out. Their auto-call system asks questions which I answer after which I have to talk to one of their reps whose English is so difficult to understand that I finally just hang up. My insurance company sent me to them for my diabetic supplies after being diagnosed. Each time I called to see when my supplies would be shipped ( which was countless times throughout a time period of over a month ) , they claimed that my insurance did not work with them... What?
