I had a horrible experience with this company. I explained my mom did not wish to reorder supplies now and to please stop calling. They sometimes called more than once in one day. I said stop these harassing calls they were up setting to my mom. Its fine once but frequent calls in one day is harassment! Especially when I directly called in and explained what was going on. I received a call and couldn't even understand the person/lady who was trying to talk with me, foreign. I am so tired of the excessive calls I get when it is time for me to reorder. Every day, 2 to 3 times a day at least and sometimes I am busy and don't even answer. Even on Saturday, I received a call. I have been trying to get my diabetic supplies from Arriva since the16th of November, it is now January the 19th and still no supplies. I had to buy what supplies I needed in the mean time. Arriva claims they cannot get a Rx from my Dr. but they have a record of faxing the Rx. I am now looking for a new supplier. Read more

Myself and my husband receive diabetes testing supplies. We receive to much. They don't pay attention when you say you don't need anything but the strips and send, everything. I called for supplies at the end of November - they promised it would arrive Dec 7th. I called again before dec 7th to make sure, and they assured me that it was GOING OUT on Dec 7th. Now it's Dec 20, and no supplies! The last order, I had a very similar - bad - experience. this is the 3 email I have sent to this company I have requested a RMA to send my meter and test supplys back the first person I talked to gave me a RMA number and said she was going to send me a email with the label and address to send it back 4 or 5 days ago I have called in 3 times about this and still have no response from your company! The past 3 weeks I have been getting error after error when taking my blood sugars. I've used the Arriva testing strips for quite some time with no problems. I am getting frustrated.
