Because Medicare allows Arriva to supply test strips, I had to change from my wonderful company to Arriva last year. It has been a nightmare. Several times, when I have needed test strips, they have promised to send them that day -- but they never came. worst company I have ever dealt with customer service is poor you can't understand them because they don't speak good English.And they don't understand you or put u first. This company was refereed to us by a CPA who specializes in diabetic issues. We made a call and from the beginning they were very pushy to get information they needed but would not answer any of our questions. These people call 4 or 5 times a week, but we rarely receive supplies. They harass my Dad daily and we have asked them to quit calling, yet they do not. Today, my husband asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady on the phone told him there were none available! This is criminal. I wonder how much they are billing to Medicare that we aren't getting!! Read more

Literally harassed you to order things you don't need. Finally asked for syringes which we did need. Took 2 months to send wrong ones. The calls to Customer Service were numerous & stressful. Started this account for my mom on 3/3/15 and the prescription was never received by the doctor. They faxed it to a wrong number. I called to check back on 3/31 and spoke to Mike and provided the correct fax number and still he didn't fax it to the correct number because the doctor's office never received it. I keep getting telephone calls about ordering diabetic testing supplies. The agent is getting into "personal space" by asking why I'm not ordering supplies. "How often do you test ?'" Ariva called me unsolicited and wasted 45 minutes of my time asking an array of complicated questions and making promises that they did not keep. I asked several times how much it would cost. They are the most uncaring company, when all I wanted was my diabetic supplies, all they were interested in selling all other medical supplies wish I didn't need, I gave up with them and thank god I don't do business.with them.... Read more
