I just got off the phone with a representative of Arriva. I am always amazed that they require verification of callers validity but the laws apparently don't require the caller to prove their identity. I digress. The caller wanted me to give my email address. I receive emails from Arriva routinely and have started ordering my supplies on liine per Arriva's request. I called Arriva Medial to refill my diabetic supplies. I was told they would ship out THAT day and it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my order. After more that two weeks I called them back because I had not received the order. I was told "it would ship out the today". I asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting more than 10 minutes on the phone listening to music, I hung up. I then called them back to cancel the order, as I was disgusted with their service. Ariva has called twice today. Why doesn't caller number 2 know that I was already called by caller number 1? Do to their mistakes (twice sending supplies without the new meter) we have plenty of diabetes supplies. It's also annoying that every time they call they try to sell us something else "at no cost" because it's covered by Medicare. I've refused knee braces, back braces, wrist braces, heating pads. Every refusal is met with a "but the braces would give you good support for your knees," or "This is a special heating pad for diabetics." If... Read more

Company is a disgrace. Multiple calls per day. When I picked up today , I was on hold for a while but was upsetting was the person that I spoke with .I am my dad's guardian and POA and this guy was just not getting it. I told him I don't want multiple calls per day , if that cannot be arranged then , I would prefer mail . This person still wasn't getting it, so I asked for a supervisor and he stated you are not the intended person and hung up . This is what we get for outsourcing work.. Called ten different times left no messages(twice)-left message to call them back. I requested my re-order of my usual true-test strips. Was told I could ONLY have one-touch test strips. I do not like these test strips because they are not reliable. I sometimes had to re-do the test because 1-3 of the strips recorded errors. I test four times a day, if I have to redo any of the tests, this sometimes means that I have to stick myself up to ten times instead of the normal four. Arriva let me use True-test strips last year, I do-not understand... Read more

Arriva is great for getting my diabetic supplies in the mail but they call me night and day nonstop they are my worst nightmare on the phone. I get calls day after day wanting me to buy something, they are squeezing the medicare system as hard as possible. I am warning all of you DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH ARRIVA MEDICAL.This morning was the last straw after a mostly sleepless night they woke me up at 6:40 AM, now I am a really pissed consumer. I was supposed to receive my 2nd order the first of March. I still don't have it. I have been in Arriva *** on the phone again and again speaking to ignorant, unprofessional, uncaring morons for weeks. No more!! Kicking them to the curb was just as hard. I am sick of them! Also, every CSR was Spanish and had a thick accent. Why does a company that needs customers to exist treat them so shabbily? If I have to ever deal with them again in some form I will scream bloody murder! Read more

This company never gives up. They call you at any time of day. If you tell them you don't need supplies yet, they just keep on calling until you just place an order just so that you don't have to put up with the pushy agents who will also keep trying to sell you something you don't need at all even though you tell them not to do that. I am on medicare and if I had a choice I would go to another company. I detest everything about Arriva Medical! Read more

Every day for several years these idiots call and call and call STOP STOP These people are the most difficult in the world to deal with..I HATE this company. Worst company in the world. I receive a call about an knee brace that I could get through Medicare at no cost to me. I purchase it for that purpose. I found out medicare paid $1,200 for the idem and I had to pay a co-payment of $310.00 eight month later. The knee brace look no different the ones you buy at the drug store.I'm a Senior living on social security and very unhappy with this deal. Arriva Medical I an done don't call me again. Read more
